Personal data controller information
I hereby give consent to processing of my personal data (hereinafter “data”) for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process by the Data Controller. 1. The Data Controller is NEXT GENERATION ENGINEERING POLAND sp. z o.o., with registered office at the address ul. Św. Antoniego 2/4, 50-073 Wrocław, entered by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register into the the register of entrepreneurs under KRS no. 0000264948 (REGON 020354320, NIP 8992578685), 71 7339900, e-mail: contact@ng-eng.com. 2. Personal data shall be processed pursuant to Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, including pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 p. “a” and “b”. 3. Personal data processing is required to carry out the recruitment process. Lack of personal data results in that the recruitment process will not be carried out in terms of the person who did not provide data. Personal data is stored in the Data Controller’s database and may be used in the future recruitment processes. Names and surnames of the candidates and personal data that may be obtained during the recruitment process, including in particular drawings, may be used in the business activity carried out by the Data Controller, that is designing. 4. Personal data of the candidates is stored for the period of the recruitment, and after completion of the recruitment data is stored in the candidate database for not longer than 2 years. Personal data generated during the recruitment process, including in particular drawings with the candidates’ names and surnames, will be processed in the business activity carried out by the Data Controller within the period of usability of such drawings and other data generated during the recruitment. The candidate, free of charge, transfers to the Data Controller the ownership rights to the copies of works and economic copyrights and related rights to the works generated during the recruitment process within any fields of exploitation, including the right to record the works, as well as to use, change and sell them. The author’s supervision is free of charge. 5. Data will be disclosed only to persons authorized by the Personal Data Controller to processing of personal data, and to entities from NG Group (personal data processing entities), for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process. 6. Pursuant to Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 the data subject has the right to access personal data, request its rectification, completion, deletion or limitation of the processing, the right to raise objections against the processing of personal data, the right to transfer data, the right to lodge a complaint to the body supervising the processing in accordance with personal data protection regulations. 7. The data subject has the right to withdraw the consent to personal data protection at any time. Consent withdrawal has no impact on the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal. 8. Personal data shall not be transferred to any third State within the meaning of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679. 9. The rules of personal data processing on the Data Controller’s websites are included in the safety policy published on these websites. 10. Personal data shall not be processed for purposes of direct marketing. 11. No decisions shall be made based on automated processing, including profiling.
