Aufgaben:

  • manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements,
  • build customer relationships, understand their needs, and identify new business opportunities,
  • lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate responsibilities, schedules, milestones, and KPIs,
  • monitor project budgets, risks, deviations, and corrective actions,
  • provide regular project status reports to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifikation:

  • experience in project management within the automotive, electronics, or manufacturing industry,
  • knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and project management tools, including MS Project,
  • strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills,
  • knowledge of CSR, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, TISAX, 5S, and GDPR/RODO,
  • fluent English.
