Job Tasks:

  • leading projects in accordance with the agreed schedule of activities, financial and hourly budget,
  • defining project requirements in relation to the external client and optimizing requirements in cooperation with the project group,
  • analysing, negotiating, determining the technical and commercial aspects of projects and their impact on the implementation schedule,
  • project management from the conceptual phase through to final customer acceptance,
  • ensuring effective and conflict-free communication within the project group,
  • reporting to management on the status of the project,
  • analysing risk factors and in case of their occurrence introducing actions, corrective or remedial, in order to maintain the project implementation plan.

Job qualification:

  • higher technical education,
  • experience in the special purpose machinery manufacturing and/or technical equipment sector,
  • knowledge of manufacturing and industrial automation,
  • flexibility in the face of frequently changing tasks
  • highly developed communication, analytical and creative skills,
  • very good knowledge of English (spoken and written) is a must, German an advantage.
